Functional Nutrition Rx provides consultations to help select proper meal plans based on your individual needs.
We are Registered Dietitians and can provide medical nutrition therapy for management of health conditions.
We accept most insurance plans, if your insurance does not cover nutrition counseling, the fee is $150.
